I am not a big fan of Boman Irani, and often find him a tad hamming in most of the movies. But as Khurana in this movie, he was simply brilliant. As a real estate don in Delhi, he was just perfect. In every mannerism of his, his accent, the way the deals are done, tharkiness and even the tawdry settings in his house. I loved him in almost every scene, especially in those when he meets Navin Nischol as the Dubai Sheth, and shows his inferiority complex, or when he comes for the site inspection, and the scene when he parts the suitcase full of cash to Anupam Kher.
