I am not in it to win but to win over peoples hearts of imprtsnce of healthy life pointing to myself lol personally my Journey all started when I had Rheumatic Fever ( heart condition)at the age of 12 in hospital for 4 months bedridden so I couldnt walk around got around in a wheel chair cause my heart can not handle the stress of a simple walk down the hall. My poor parents thought i would not live but their faith got me thru . What we need to get through our hearts and mind that we take our bodies for granted our legs, hands, arms, hearing, and eyesight until its taken away we regret. I made a pact I will not be overwhelmed by weight if I know Ive put on I get straight on to the problem eat right and exercise not science lol my encouragement is in 1 Thes 5 vs 18 IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS FOR THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS CONCERNING YOU! Through training feel the pain give thanks to God its hard to but PTL you can do everything what you doing now
