I am not just a landscaper...I love to cook. This week I fed the Boy every night. Steak & lobster tails with mashed potatoes, crab-cakes & shrimp on fettuccine, blackened chicken with Brussel sprouts & streamed broccoli, cornish hen with stuffing & peas, green beans, and steak quesadillas with homemade guacamole, chopped onion, tomatoes & bell pepper, hand-rolled meatball spaghetti with vodka sauce, Cesar salad & garlic bread. I lost my mind when we went shopping for kitchenware & have two new pans to cook with. Jason Warner nerds out over my recipes & took a few photos, so here goes. Next week, I eill show him how to make edible chocolate bowls, but for now I have chocolate chip cookies to take out of the oven & he is deciding whether he wants banana-nut bread or blueberry muffins for breakfast before I leave for work. Sigh...such a tortured boy...its too bad he has such a mean uncaring girlfriend.
