I am not one to get on here and blast people. However, In respect for Nevaeh over the past 8 years I have bit my lip continually trying to make peace with this family, never once calling Josh out for his actions publically. However, today in respect for Nevaeh I will clarify a mistake that was made in Joshs obituary in which the funeral home refuses to change because the family would have to agree to it. So, I will clear it up for those who are close to Nevaeh and matter most, that Nevaehs legal name since day one was Nevaeh Elizabeth Nesmith. Never once was it Welch. Since the adoption her legal name is now Nevaeh Elizabeth Nesmith-Kochera. Its a sad situation that Nevaeh could not have her correct legal name, the one she has only ever had and known, published as she is 8 years old and knows far more than one evil and selfish person who needs to paint this a picture perfect life for the fear of their own Christianity. I could go in depth much further but as I had said from the beginning we are trying to keep this as private for Baeh as possible as she is still recovering from a major surgery she had just one week ago. Anyone who knows Baeh personally knows the truth and we thank each and everyone of you for your support in this situation!
