I am not passing judgement until the facts are all in. I would like to know what pressure the footballs were inflated to at halftime and what pressure they were at games end, IF they were even measured again. As to the Patriots allegedly breaking the rules, every sports fan has seen their teams/players break rules on a consistent basis. Players complain about the opponent holding and not getting flagged, but on replay we often see that it did happen. Players are always trying to get away with something hoping that they will not be caught and penalized. So, in that regard, if you illegally hold an opposing player, then you should be called a cheater, for you are trying to get an unfair advantage. Bottom line – you get caught in the game, you get penalized. You don’ t get caught, play on. If you don’t’ like it, change the rules to making it a penalty during the game. Enough time wasted.
