I am not quite done my canning, but almost. In the past week, we canned 20 1/2 pints of pizza sauce, 55 qts of Salsa, 55 quarts of Spaghetti sauce, 20 1/2 gal of tomato puree, 20 pints of refried beans, 17 qts of tomato soup, 31 quarts of chili beans. 25 1/2 pints of pumpkin butter, and 65 qts of whole tomatoes. Tomorrow, I finish the tomato jam and begin baking for the open house and making pies for Thanksgiving.
