This monster Dale Ferguson (works at an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL no less) only 9 citations?!?!?! 142 Dogs seized. His employer; greenville.k12.sc.us/plaine/faculty/custodl.asp The dog shown here was NOT attacked by another dog but from "material" embedded into the dog from gross neglect, and maggots inside all the wounds. His dogs were covered in maggots, blind, and over bred. A tip led Greenville County officers to a home on Dunklin Bridge Road in Fountain Inn where they found dozens of dogs, a rabbit and a few cats, according to Greenville County Governmental Affairs Coordinator Bob Mihalic. Mihalic said officers were unable to find the owner, at the time, so they got a warrant that allowed them to seize the animals. The animals were trailered in multiple groups to Greenville County Animal Care. Mihalic said the owner of the animals was identified as Dale Ferguson. Ferguson was giving nine citations, five of which were for animal cruelty and one improper disposal of a dead carcass, according to officials. According to Mihalic, the animals were surrendered by Ferguson, so they are now property of Greenville County Animal Care.
