I am not sure whether using Facebook as a way to grieve is valid but it may have some unseen value. We were robbed of a family member during what was supposed to be a time of fun and joy. Our beloved Shane Cary was taken in a tragic accident. There is no earthly explanation for this. The pain left behind and the innocent lives permanently effected show the complete and utter unfairness of this event. We want to believe in heaven, but this beautiful soul belongs here with us. All of you who know me and my family please hug your children a few extra times, say I love you a few extra times, listen to a loved one a little more carefully and feel free to use this story to prove s point of how short and beautiful life is. Come and pay respects in Somerset NJ, Gleason Fumeral Home, Tuesday 2-4 or 7-9 and Wednesday 9am. St. Mathias church. Personally I will always have a place in my heart that grieves for Shane. The rest of my heart grieves for my daughter who lost the love of her life and for his beautiful family who I have come to love as my own and of course my own extended family who have all come to love Shane as part of our family.
