I am not trying to lose weight, but I am trying to get healthier. Ive made a TON of progress in the diet department, but I know I can workout more and eat even better.... and in return, FEEL even better :) yesterday I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill for 2 miles. did I run fast? at times, but... mostly no. Ive never been much of a runner, by my philosophy is this: just do something. Doesnt matter how far you go, just get out there and try and make a little progress each time. My starting weight is about 153 lbs, as the pictures below show. I want to keep you guys in the loop with my journey to show you that it IS possible to enjoy what youre eating and still eat healthy at the same time... if any of you are trying to lose weight, get healthier, get more energy, etc... PLEASE send me a private message, I would love to be your accountability partner and tell you what Im doing in more detail! I will give you ideas of what Im eating, show you what supplements Im taking & upload my activity stats! I had a delicious green juice for my breakfast this morning and have some dried fruit, nuts & seeds packed in a mason jar as a snack :) whats on YOUR agenda/menu today??
