I am not usually one to complain but I had a bad experience in Waitrose this morning. I asked if they sell any carrot and swede mash, but the guy didnt know if they did so he said he would go find out, fair enough. But then I was waiting 10 minutes for him to show, but there was no sign of him. well, i did see him twice walking past the isle I was in. So I thought I would go do the rest of my shopping rather than waiting for him to show. He finally showed himself and had the products I wanted, but the point im trying to make is that i know the store has changed its layout a bit but there was no "sorry to keep you waiting" or keeping me updated while he went and looked for someone to help. Poor customer service I must say!
