I am nothing in myself, therefore i will lay out myself to the utmost in the strength of the grace of Christ. In every situation, we need to employe ourselves humbly, diligently, and cheerfully, not seeking our own credit but that of the body of Christ in this world and that which is to come. Our God must be served in spirit, under the influence of the Holy Spirit. He is honoured by our hope and trust in Him, especially when we rejoice in that hope. He is served not only by our working for Him, but by sitting still, when He calls us to suffer and forebear. Patience in God is true piety. Read Rom. 12:12. Good morning.
