I am now a little old lady on a cane! Hate it, hate it!! Thankful that I can go and do the things I need to do, but with a lot of discomfort. It was wonderful to get out of the house for several hours today after three days of being confined! Loved recycling, shopping at Hallmark and Carsons, eating lunch at McAlisters, buying groceries at Wal-Mart, and attending a viewing for the grandfather of Jason Wise at Meridian Street Christian Church. People there were so nice to let me use the elevator, and Bruce and Jane helped me get safely across the ice when I left the church. Wonderful call from a favorite funeral director today offering any kind of help now and in the days to follow. So blessed!
