Marna and I had the pleasure of catching one of his PBS shows on WYES tonight - More Fast Food My Way. He is poetry in motion in the kitchen and a joy to watch. The elegant simplicity of his work is a thing of beauty. It is why I love French cuisine. I admire him and never tire of watching him cook.
