I am on my soapbox. Why is the NAACP protesting the decision by the Ferguson Grand Jury? Michael Brown was not an innocent bystander that was killed by a wreckless Police Oficer. He was a THIEF that was walking away from a store he had just stolen items from. When confronted by a Police Officer , he CHOSE to be disrespectful and to attack the Officer before he could get out of his vehicle. What did he think was going to happen? The Officer to just wave and say Have a nice day. Instead of protesting, the NAACP should be standing up and calling out all the THUGS and GANGSTA want to bes for rioting and destroying property of hard working people. I wonder if it has occurred to Michael Browns parents that if they had raised and taught him respect for others, respect for authority, and Thou Shalt Not Steal and most importantly to take responsibility for his actions that maybe he would be alive today. If you live like a thug you die like a thug. And it does not matter the color of your skin .
