I am one proud mama right now - whatta weekend! I know Alexis Hemond had a tough time not being with her hockey team this weekend for their icebreakers but I am sooooooo incredibly proud that she made the decision for herself and our Re4rm Spartan training crew (Kimmy Colgate-Cole thnx so much for being a true leader & coach - u r one in a million baby!) to race this weekend in Sun Peaks :) Saturday her and Bailey and the rest of the team pushed through their pain and killed the Beast competing approx 25km and 26 obstacles reaching elevations of over 2000+ metres during their 5hrs on the course... And then she tackled the Sprint today completing 7km and 15 obstacles on the mountain again in 1hr 49min finishing with smiles and a sense of humor even through the pain!!! Arooooooo - you inspire me kiddo!!! Way to Spartan up! You are my lil warrior❤️ #spartanrace
