Awaiting FDA approval😡😡Richard J. Roberts - The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 1993- Developed GMO golden rice that while waiting 12 years for government approval could have saved 15 million children from death due to Vit A deficiency in underdeveloped countries. Developed removal of cancer cells, identify an antibody and re-infuse back into body another cure for certain cancers (personalized medicine... Check it out). Still waiting government approval also. So very interesting!! Why brilliant minds are being blocked by government? I know this isnt what this conference is about. Roberts closed with we need more science in politics and and less politics in science. I dont see why on earth these life saving discoveries would be delayed for so long.
