I am posting this again because I did actually make this last night- minus the tomatoes because I just forgot to add them. I used 2 store-bought pie shells (not deep dish) and covered it with some Pillsbury roll-out pie crust. It made 2 pies. This was DELICIOUS. Very easy, it just requires some time to watch and stir while you wait for the Guinness to reduce. Thank you again, Trina Sibona Wilkinson, this fed 4 hungry men, and myself.
