I am posting two videos as a study in contrasts. One has an Obamacare architect saying that it was due to lack of transparency and the stupidity of the American voter that Obamacare got passed, but that it is a good thing. The other is of a private practice doctor who is creating a new business model that provides better healthcare at lower cost to his patients... without government participation.
