I am pretty far from Egypt physically and mentally, just following the developments from friends posts, news feeds and comments. If I were in the country I have no clue which square would I be standing, Tahrir or Rabaa. Alhamedellah, Allah has substituted that burden on me with a different one, sending our institute two young men in high school for 2 weeks to learn about leadership. Something I have been looking forward to for a couple of decades, to be able to give back to my home country in some way. Alhamedellah Allah for giving me the opportunity to share, teach and coach these young minds. This morning we discussed decision-making, project management, alignment of priorities. Monday we talked about scope and defining boundaries to projects and problems. Inshaa Allah this work is accepted and it will be my remote contribution. With Zeyad Rafik Youssef Gad and Sherif Zidan.
