I am pretty low-key on Facebook, but this is something I feel in my heart that I need to share. Sorry about the novel, so itll take a few minutes to read. About a month ago, I was looking for a van to buy for my band because pulling a trailer was causing too much wear and tear on my Jeep. Plus, a van is made for pulling and is a lot more comfortable for my band mates instead of being crammed in my Jeep Wrangler while driving to a gig a few hours away. Anyways, I had put some funds away and was just waiting for the right one to come along. So, I prayed about it and asked God to provide me with a reliable van so I can retire my Jeep for our out-of-town weekend shows and our future mini-tours. A week ago, I seen a van in great condition for sale in W/B. I looked at about a dozen vans over the past few weeks, but this one just felt right. When I talked to the owner, there were two people ahead of me who wanted to buy it. Well, they never showed up to give him the money, so two days later I purchased the van. When I got home, I was reading the owners manual. On the bottom of every page in the manual, there is Scripture and verses from the Bible that were printed there by the Ford company . Never in my life have I seen or heard of a car company doing something like this. It is so amazing how God continues to show me that He is in complete control of my life and that He will always provide for our needs if we give our lives to Him and put all our trust Him. In His perfect time will we receive answers to our prayers. Over the years, even with all my shortcomings and messes that I have made, God continues to provide me with His unconditional love and grace. I have been very blessed with a beautiful daughter, an amazing, beautiful girlfriend that I want to spend the rest of my life with, a great job, awesome band members, great friends, my own place, my family, a growing relationship with my father. I can go on and on, but I just wanted to share this.
