I am proud to announce Brooke Murray as the latest recruit to the WHS Team! Brookes work ethic and inspirational attitude is exactly what I look for in a trainer. I look forward to helping guide her towards both her professional and athletic goals. Brooke will be specialising in female body composition for WHS, and I believe it wont take her long to create a fantastic reputation in this industry. To get an idea of Brookes dedication, when I came in the day after Brookes first ever bikini competition, just after 6am, I was surprised to see her training. I asked why she wasnt enjoying a couple of days off.
