I am really disappointed with the dirty language used by our Youth Minister Hon chishima Kambwili who is supposed to be called honourable.How can the minister ,who is supposed to inspire the youths ,insult his fellow MP,Hon kunda by calling him a lunatic?Why is this man always sounding bitter whenever he talks?He has no regard for others including elders.He is always fighting others and rebuking them.Why?
