I am really sad to see what has happened to Randall Park Mall. As a kid, we didnt do much as a family but somehow we managed to frequent Randall Park Mall together. Some of my only family memories focus around that mall. On December 5, 1976 we spent the day there as a family. We sat in that round seating area shown on the very left in the picture below. We had Hot Dog on a Stick, long, thick cherry licorice strands, cotton candy, and those little, teeny tiny, pastel candy eggs sold at the nut place. It was the first time my lil sister tried cotton candy and she adored it. Our family of six had a great outing that day. That night, about 2 am, my baby sister died. Those were my last memories of her. Since then I have grown up and lived all over the country but my memories of Randall Park Mall have never left me.
