I am really surprise to read some of the reaction of UK BNP activists in face book, who are calling the announcement of the new UK BNP committee lacking in academic qualification. I am not a BNP activist, but I find it rather strange for their activists to even talk about it. Do they not know that many of their leaders are leaders because of their money and not for their academic back ground or ability to articulate? If they are looking for good leadership, they should learn what the qualities of leadership are. One book I can suggest for them to read is, ‘Islami Shonghoton’ this book briefly elaborate on qualities of leadership; and if any body has those qualities they should be leaders, at least in theory.
