I am reflecting over my 21 years 6 months, 28 days, 7 minutes and whos counting the second career. I am very greatful that I survived and returned only partially scramble(ptsd). Most of all I fit in with the normal community ( he, he, yeah right!) For the most part I am bless! My Sacrifice alone with most Gifford, Wabasso, Oslo, Sebastian and Fellsmere veteran should means something to irc. We have had a significant amount of Veterans to voluntary and involuntary serve this Country to ensure the Freedoms we take advantage of today in Vero Beach. The minorities who paid and gave the greatest sacrifices and today treated less than the Animals. The fiscal Budget for the county was $300 million dollars and the blighted areas were allocated $0.00 to repair their infrastructure, any new improvements and no maintenance. The Humane Society was allocated over $395,000.00 to none tax paying citizen. Is that Legal?... Most people says that they, do it all of the time, as if this approach is normal. Something is wrong with this picture? If the Blacks are paying high annual taxes then they should be benefitting from the taxes collected. Howevere irc have another ideal about our Tax dollars. That is taxation without representation. A refugee person have more Rights than the tax paying Blacks in irc. Doesnt this violates our human, Civil rights as well as our Constitutional Right which are supposedly guaranteed because we sacrifice our lives, limbs to uphold those Rights??? So why are we not entitle to those things? Are we Aliens? Help me because I am perplex and dismayed! One solution might be to stop paying taxes in irc since its not circulated back into the neighbor hoods. Is that lawful? Is it lawful for the county to collect taxes from the Black neighborhoods and not put anything back We need to see a return on our investment, too. The rules in this county are racially charged to benefit only one ethnic group which isnt Black. The economic recovery appears to be mandated to destroy the Blacks or eliminate zip code 32967. Look at how the monies are spent.. Whos neighborhood are being fortified and whos not? The drainage problem in Pineview is out of control it has been for over 46 years. Federal Grant monies came into irc and it never reach Gifford, The Question is Why is that??
