I am requesting prayer for my older son Jim----He has struggled with a life long illness ---- when he was 3 I had to make decisons that really would be a no win for him-----it was either let him die do to his body not having enough immune system to battle uncontrolable asthma----requiring many types of cortisones and steroids to keep him strong----as a young child he could not get supplemental disabilty like many do now days so his dr in columbus would make sure i had the breathing machines needed---Many people made fun of him do to his weight -and that was not fair but he tried to ignore it because they just like to run their mouth----we knew his odds on his heart would be that it would enlarge 3 to 4 times it regular size---we knew he would have what is called a moon look- all symptoms they discussed with me is happening----many people did not think he was good enough in life or did not live to suit their fancyness---and that is ok because he is the one that was ill and he did not burden them with his illness---they did not pay for his illness---but then on the other hand he has many many great friends---many who took the time to get to know him----As a mother ill be facing setting with in the next two weeks as the heart has got worse and is very very blocked---they will be doing a cath and will not bring him back out he has been told by his heart physician he will immediately under go open heart surgery ----he has always been thankful---for living longer than dr- thought he would----he has a wonderful wife who under stood this illness -when even i as the mother thought she would fold--she was and is a strong lady---he has his two children and 3 precious grand babies---we will not ask for much but we need a strong prayer line going He will need to draw strength from every one who believes in GOD ---he was trying to tell me over the phone and he was getting teared up----
