I am sad to inform my Facebook family that if the United States were invaded by a foreign enemy, our dysfunctional and borderline-psychotic Congress would be unable to mount a military response. Our government has been crippled by people who need a psychiatric referral rather than the reigns of power. The conservatives have led us all toward insanity because perfectly rational liberals are actually listening to the likes of Michele Bachmann who is in the throes of paranoid schizophrenia. In more normal times, we could get these poor people the help they need but somehow they have gained control over the national budget and military. How has this happened? Is it the GMO food? This is truly alarming. There seems to be no Constitutional mechanism to effectively deal with a House of Representatives that is populated by persons who are insane. And what is even more alarming is that these lunatics are actually supported by 32% of the US population. I just cant know what to make of this mess we are in.
