I am sadly reminded that we have people in our world who are so simple minded that they believe anything put in front of them..... PT Barnum knew what he was talking about. No school, Jewish or otherwise, should behave the way Beth Yeshurun Day School (BYDS) has. It is time that BYDS is held accountable which is why I filed suit against BYDS and senior staff members on behalf of multiple plaintiffs. Personal attacks against my clients and me by BYDS and its attorneys suggest they have problems. I have chosen to speak out on behalf of children everywhere who are abused at school by bullies and schools that refuse to take appropriate action. You do not allow a child to be pinched, ostracized, kicked in his groin over and over for a period of time and then kick the victim out of your school when the family wants to bring in outside help.
