I am sharing a little snippet I recorded the other night when Katy was practicing. We are really proud of her determination and deep love for music. When I look at her, I am reminded of how classical music calmed her as a baby, she was singing before she could walk, and spent hours and hours singing all the music of the Disney stars and her favorite artists in her room. Now she will stand before a judge who works for Disney as well as others from the industry and no matter what she walks away with on Saturday - they will know her name :) Every time she steps up to that microphone she gets a little stronger and someday we know that she will find her way, there is a plan for her in music...somewhere, and we are happy to be along for the ride. We love you Katy and wish you the best of luck this weekend! -mom
