I am sharing this with a statement. We do not have the full information. We also need to remember that if Police are called to a domestic dispute that they need to answer the call and investigate what is going on. Domestic Disputes are the calls that many cops get killed on while trying to protect people. When an officer receives a call they nee to respond and investigate what is going on and the are mandated to do that. At that point an officer investigating a call does not need a warrant and will do his or her job, and find out what the problem is, and will take all measures to keep themselves safe. and protect life and property. With the above being said. We live in a time where many officers are badge heavy, are not trained to use their mouths and use the stick or taser, or duty weapon very freely, many are just plain afraid, and need more training. Too often SWAT is called out in situations where life and limb are not threatened, and used for the wrong reasons. We need independent citizens review boards who have the power to make sure independent investigations are carried out, and we as citizens can have cops brought up on charges and take the ability of departments to police themselves.
