I am sharing this with you guys, so that you can see how a failed healthcare sector in one country can create a global crisis as we all have learnt during our one week course. The man on the floor is dead!! And no he didnt die of Ebola but rather a delay in getting emergency medical attention. This occurred two days ago at the Murtala Muhammad international airport, lagos, Nigeria The people in the background are protesting and are very angry with what just happened and apparently they had to pay for yellow fever vaccination cards which clears them to board international flights without getting any vaccine!! I believe he wasnt attended to out of fear , that he might be infected with Ebola but just imagine if he had the strength to walk out of the airport, go on public and was in indeed infected with Ebola!
