I am shocked and really disappointed by the lack of any kind of work ethic, respect, by todays young people. Our company hires in hundreds of seasonal workers for the holiday season.. these kids make the same as me..and get prime hours over me..and 80%of them are worthless.. just chatting up their friends, sitting around on their cell phones.. taking off for break and staying for all three breaks..doing absolutely nothing, while the work piles up..it is just pathetic..and no one seems to give a shit.. It makes me feel worthless also..=(
