I am single. Of course thats nothing new to any of you and shouldnt be surprised that I say that. I used to always think that I needed to be skinny and super beautiful for any guy to fall for me. But Ive learned over the last few months that theres more to that. Ive learned that I have to like myself and love myself and see myself as someone who is beautiful inside and out in order for someone to be able to like me as well. Im growing every single day thanks to this journey that Im on. Thanks to the people who have come into my life over the last six months and thanks to the people who will continue to come in my life as I continue on this journey toward happiness and being a healthier person overall. As I said yesterday I turn to Music for many things. This song I listen to every single day because it reminds me that somewhere out there I mean something to someone. So I just sit back and I realize that as soon as I am well on my own journey and have made the progress that Im supposed to make then God will put that right person in my life. But until then I will continue to listen to the song every day and realize that one day I will be this person to him. I hope everyone can understand that you do mean something to someone so you should mean something to yourself as well. Always know that you mean something to me and that I am always here to help you in anyway that I can. The challenge groups that I run arent just about losing weight or toning up but they are also about finding the true you and liking who you are. Id love for you to join me so that we can take this journey together. At least then I can show you what you mean to me.
