I am sitting here listening to phone music AGAIN with United Healthcare because they denied paying a claim. The EOB says that they are denying because they need info from the primary carrier – AGAIN. They included the amount the primary carrier paid – yet they know nothing. After listening to music I get a claim rep who tells me that I need to talk to a claim handling dept. So after music etc. I tell the claim handler that they should know all this stuff from prior claims etc so now I’m listening to music again. And this helps the cost of healthcare how? Unfortunately, too many people just pay and don’t question.
