I am so THRILLED to share this with all of you!! So... after 10 days on the 24-Day Challenge... 3.8 lbs. and 6+ inches are GONE!!! Almost all of those inches gone are from my middle (thank goodness! :) )!! Unfortunately for me, I was not able to add in any exercise due to a low-back/hip strain, but I am so excited to see what the next 14 days will bring when I also start moving again!!!! I made a decision, took a chance on myself, and am SO GLAD I did!! This is JUST the jump-start I needed!!!
