I am so frustrated with Muslims, I wish an Ebola infected patient travels to the Middle East and kills them all this is the kind of rhetoric that some of our community members had to deal with after recent tragic incidents.This rhetoric is motivated by fear, hate, anger, and ignorance -- the same notions that drive extremist acts of violence in the name of false moral principles. However, such hate that is directed towards Muslims is rare and we know that Canadians are generally some of the kindest people youll ever meet. They have hearts capable of reaching out and minds capable of understanding without prejudice; we pray for their guidance and the guidance of all of humanity. I call onto the Muslims to continue presenting with consistency the clear message of Islam with the rest of the world, without victimizing themselves or adopting an apologetic tone. The human struggle is universal; be sincere and continue to let your actions and personalities do the talking. On the same day that Cpl. Nathan Cirllio was unjustly killed in Ottawa, four American mercenaries were pronounced guilty for the 2007 civilian shootings in Baghdad that killed at least 14 innocent Iraqi people and injured many others. Violence is terrible and loss of life is tragic and we are proud to belong to a faith which condemns violence against Muslims and non-Muslims.
