I am so full. We had enchilada casserole for dinner with lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Then we had a dump cake for dessert. You have to try the dump cake it is so easy to make. Take a part of a stick of butter and grease your cake pan. Then take a can of crushed pineapple and put in the cake pan spread around. Then a can of cherry pie filling on top of the pineapple. Then a yellow cake mix sprinkle on top of the fruit. Take 2 sticks of butter or margarine and cut into small pieces and put on top of the whole cake. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. So good.
