I am so proud of and happy for our leaders (clergy and lay) in Metropolitan Community Church Denomination who are leading workshops, volunteering, and welcoming an impressive array of LGBT and allied activists from around the world to the 2014 Creating Change Conference this weekend. I want to give a special thank you to Resurrection Metropolitan Community Church for coordinating and supporting so much of MCCs presence. I want to offer a special prayer of gratitude and expression of support for MCCs Moderator Rev. Elder Dr. Nancy Wilson and the Executive Director of The Global Justice Institute Rev. Pat Bumgardner. May God bless the work of all those gathered.
