I am so saddened and bothered about the death of Robin Williams. I think he was a phenomenal actor both in his comedy and dramatic roles. I am so sad that people are not getting the help they need for mental illness. It is so important to be more open in our society about this significant issue. We must remove the stigma and talk about this and realized that many people deal with these issues every day. I myself deal with severe depression, anxiety and emotional dysregulation issues, which I have sought help for. I encourage others to do the same. There is help out there. There is relief and theres tremendous hope. Never give up. We are all here for each other.
