I am so sorry to witness KHMER had lost so many millions of lives since 1975. In 1973, Mr. Heng Samrin said that Mr. Hun Sen had threw the grenades into Kampong Cham hospital and kill so many civilian lives inside that hospital when Lon Nol troops temporally withdrew from Kampong Cham in 1973, since then until now 40 years later Mr. Hun Sen still do the same things but in secret sometimes. hy the confused ECCC not put Hun Sen with Nuon Chea for a trial too.
