I am super excited and proud to be a founding member of the Georgia Tech Barbell Club and with the amazing support of Citadel Nutrition, we cannot wait for the glorious grand opening of a brand new training space, only a short drive from campus. Fully decked out in equipment for all kinds of gains, I am amazed at how far the club has gone in only a year since it began as an idea on a piece of paper. Also, we are hosting a free and open nutrition/lifting seminar with guest speaker Ian Brown McCarthy from No Bullshit Bodybuilding at the Instructional Center (IC) Room 115.
