I am supposed to be getting ready to fly to Florida to be by the side of my childhood best friend as she does what no mother should ever have to do....But this morning, Delta texts me and tells my flight is delayed, and delayed and then delayed. Thus causing me to miss my connecting flight through Atlanta. So I try to change my flight. Now I cant get a seat on the flight or any flight. Bear in mind I cant get a flight into Fort Myers and had to fly into Sarasota. So I may not even be able to get to Florida for the funeral services of my sweet little Ethan....Bear in mind because Im not family I dont qualify for bereavement. I feel like I want to throw up.....
