I am sure you all remember that my son Kian had staph through his whole body last December He had a surgery on his ankle and hip. Two days later had open heart bypass surgery. As he healed slowly over time, my beautiful cousin Vicki offered to send our whole family to a camp to Twin Rocks at the Oregon Coast. It was a long wait but worth every bit of the time. At camp, we were blessed. We had a beautiful time at Joni and Friends. We bonded, we relaxed, we played and we reevaluated our lives and what is important to us as a family. Tonight, on the way to his daddys birthday dinner, this is what he said.
