I am the air, it is what I breathe, I keep it clean. I am the water, it sustains my life, I do not waste it. I am the earth, it keeps me humble, I care for it. I am the fire, it feeds my soul, I keep it lit. I am a part of nature, nature is a part of me, in it I shall be free. The animals my family, the moon my guardian in the night, the sun my mother, she warms my soul and gives me light. I am the tree, it gives me shade, I do not cut it. I am the deer, it gives my soul peace, I do not hunt it. I am the mountain, it gives me strength, I only climb it, I do not attempt to move it. I am the eagle, flying high, the sky is my escape, I do not take it for granted. I am a part of nature, nature is a part of me, in it I shall be free.
