I am thinking about downgrading and leaving Comcast. I hate their service. They make you call them every couple of months and redo your service with them. I want to go postal with that company.. They are the absolutely most rude obnoxious company I have ever in my life dealt with. I upgraded to HD because they insisted. Well, it is not any better than the cable itself. Now if I watch a channel that is not HD, I get a smaller picture. What a crock!! I try to keep my composure and be pretty easy going, but they just agitate to no end. Each time you call, you have to give your info at least 2 or 3 times. What the H - - -?? When is someone else going to offer cable out here so we dont have to deal with this crappy company? Comcast XFINITY And to top it off the jerks raise your payment every month, then when they give you a quote now, be sure to ask for the hidden charges too. Taxes, etc.. It isnt included in the quote, so if you are on a fixed income you need to get the WHOLE picture.. I hate them!!
