I am thinking of renting out a room at my place. Its actually in Braselton, right off of 85. Its a decent sized room, small closet but private bath. I prefer a female, will make exceptions if the energy is right and as long as you are capable of knowing it will be platonic only no matter what, BUT it has to be someone who is kid friendly, cause I have a six and eight year old. Also, you would have to be capable of enduring the chaos that comes along with two small children and way too many pets! Im thinking $600 monthly, broken down however, if need be, flat rate. That includes everything but your food. I have cable, internet, phone, washer, dryer, etc. Its a nice area, nice home. Pool, tennis courts, small gym. If you know of anyone cool, pass it along. Smoking will only be allowed outside. Drug free, of course. I do not get along with heavy drinkers or regular drinkers. I will be running a background check prior to any agreements being reached. Terms are month to month initially so if I dont like you I can kick you out. Also, I prefer the air to be set between 70 and 73, no exceptions. Im a pretty easy going, laid back, loving, caring, nurturing person. However, I wear my heart on my sleeve, speak my mind even when I shouldnt, am brutally honest, and will not tolerate any bull crap, esp when it comes to my kids.
