I am thrilled that the House of Representatives has passed H.R. 4719 – the America Gives More Act – by a bipartisan vote of 277-130. This commonsense bill included my legislation (the Charitable Giving Extension Act) to make year-end deductible charitable giving easier for American taxpayers.
