"I am tired of rallies. Tired of talks. Tired of emails. Tired of calls for peace, not understanding we’re at war. Angry with white folks who are waiting for this to “pass over” so “the blacks aint so mad”, and they can stop their secretive cooler conversations. Or them gaining the courage to defend their white guilt, privilege, and/or racism with white guilt, privilege, and/or racism. Pissed because this actually will “pass over.” Mad ‘cause folks are getting rich(er) from the drama when race wars are only a ruse anyway. Mad at folks who keep hollering bout praying and trusting God like he’s a cosmic genie who hasn’t already given us the strength for us to make the changes. And pissed at the folks who don’t roll with prayer or God, yet their mode of action is simply to call out those who do. Pissed because people confuse a Facebook statuses with activism. A tweet with connecting.
