I am truly disappointed. I have a problem where I overheat and keep waking up. I havent had one single night of sleep since purchasing the bed 8 days ago. For what I paid the lack of follow up service to resolve my issues has been non existent and the totally crass way the store qv domayne has handled it shows that Tempur is only interested in taking money and not being real about my particular issue. To pay as much as I have for a mattress with the sort of service received I would truly go and find another product.
