I am trying to begin writing a little more often on our blog site, so that you can begin to see some of the ideas behind our menu and coffee. The latest post gives a little insight into how we came about having a mainly veggie menu, with elements of raw food. Quite often these things happen organically - or certainly that has been the case with our shop. Did you know that before we pulled all the walls down and made our coffee shop, this site was Julian Graves - health food, AND prior to that it was one of the small independent (+local) chain of health food shops called Radiant Health? (Radiant Health was set up in the 50s/60s by Mike Maybury). Is it coincidence that after all these years of health food retail within this space we have ended up with a shop heavily promoting healthy eating and vegetarian food? Or have we been influenced by the space? #healthyeating
